Fulton Issuance of permit not to relieve owner from duty of maintaining sign safety ordinance (§ 92-25)
Chapter 92: Signs · Article II. Permits and Fees
The issuance of a permit required by this article shall not relieve the owner or lessee of the premises from the duty of maintaining any of the structures regulated by this article.
