Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 90-26)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Rummage sale means the sale or offering for sale of miscellaneous goods, wares or merchandise to the public under generally informal circumstances and not on a regular basis, as limited in section 90-27. The term "rummage sale" shall include all such activities whether denominated by the term "rummage sale," "yard sale," "garage sale" or any other term of like connotation.
