(a) Established. The recreation areas under the administration and supervision of the department of parks and recreation shall be open to the public from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight each day, unless otherwise approved by the director of administration.
(b) Enforcement. Any person not observing the hours established in subsection (a) of this section shall be deemed in violation and shall be prosecuted under section 1-20.
