Fulton Disorderly houses or premises ordinance (§ 78-83)
Chapter 78: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article IV. Offenses Against Public Peace
No person shall conduct a disorderly dance house or keep any other disorderly house or shall knowingly permit any tenement of any building in his possession or under his control to be used for any such purpose.
