Fulton Escape and aiding in escape ordinance (§ 78-8)
Chapter 78: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article I. In General
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, while being detained, imprisoned or held in custody by any police officer, to break away, escape or attempt to escape from such officer or place of detainment or custody.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to rescue any person from the custody of a police officer.
