Fulton Unlawful assembly ordinance (§ 78-79)
Chapter 78: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article IV. Offenses Against Public Peace
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly assemble with six or more other persons and agree with such persons to violate any of the criminal laws of this state or of the United States with force or violence.
