Fulton Possession of marijuana not in the original packaging ordinance (§ 78-152)

Any person, otherwise lawfully authorized to possess medical marijuana, who shall possess such marijuana on real property not under his or her control without such marijuana being properly packaged as required in section 78-150(b) shall be guilty of an ordinance violation punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00.
