Chapter 72: Local Tobacco and Vaping Controls
(a) No person shall sell, furnish, or distribute any tobacco product, alternative nicotine product, or electronic smoking device to a minor.
(b) Proof of age must be verified for all purchasers appearing under 30 years of age.
