Fulton Suspension, demotion or discharge of personnel ordinance (§ 70-33)
Chapter 70: Law Enforcement · Article II. Police Department
(a) The chief of police may suspend, demote or discharge any personnel of the police department for misbehavior, malfeasance or inefficiency.
(b) Any person suspended, demoted or discharged for misbehavior, malfeasance or inefficiency may appeal such suspension, demotion or discharge through the grievance procedures established in the personnel manual.
