Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 58-1)

Business license means the authorized license from the city clerk to conduct business inside the city limits of Fulton as outlined in chapter 22, businesses, of this Code.

Regulatory authority means the county health department or an authorized representative also known as the health authority.

Occasional or infrequent means activities conducted by a bona fide nonprofit, charitable, religious, or civic organization that occur no more than four times per calendar year and are not conducted on a recurring, scheduled, or ongoing basis.
