Fulton Statutory authorization; adoption ordinance (§ 54-1)
Chapter 54: Floods · Article I. In General
The legislature of the State of Missouri has, in RSMo ch. 89, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt floodplain management regulations designed to protect the health, safety, and general welfare.
Therefore, the council of the City Fulton, Missouri adopts Floodplain Management Ordinance Paragraph 60.3(d) of the National Flood Insurance Regulations 44 Code of Federal Regulations 59.
