Fulton Loan or hire of fire apparatus ordinance (§ 50-65)
Chapter 50: Fire Prevention and Protection · Article III. Fire Department
The property belonging to the city fire department shall not be hired by or loaned to any person, unless such loan or hiring is pursuant to the fire and disaster contract authorized in section 50-1 or as authorized by the director of administration or fire chief.
