Fulton Suspension, demotion or discharge of personnel ordinance (§ 50-63)
Chapter 50: Fire Prevention and Protection · Article III. Fire Department
(a) The fire chief may suspend, demote or discharge any personnel of the fire department for misbehavior, malfeasance or inefficiency.
(b) Any person so suspended, demoted or discharged for misbehavior, malfeasance or inefficiency may appeal such suspension, demotion or discharge through the grievance procedures established in the personnel manual.
