Fulton Abatement of nuisance ordinance (§ 46-36)

Upon a failure of the owner to pursue the removal or abatement of the nuisance(s) identified in the notice, or, if a hearing is requested and the building commissioner finds competent and substantial evidence of a nuisance, the building commissioner may issue an order causing the nuisance to be removed or abated or may issue a citation to the owner and/or occupant as provided in section 46-38.
