Fulton Conflicts ordinance (§ 46-12)
Chapter 46: Environment · Article I. Unsafe Buildings
Any building or structure found to be a dangerous building in accordance with this chapter shall be subject to the terms and procedures of this chapter and not the property maintenance code.
