Fulton Wards designated; polling places ordinance (§ 42-1)

Generally. The city shall be divided into four wards to be designated and numbered as first ward, second ward, third ward, and fourth ward, respectively.

Polling locations shall be established by the county clerk's office with the acknowledgement of the mayor and city clerk. If the county clerk desires to use a city-owned facility as a polling location, agreement shall be made prior to publication of the election notice by the county clerk's office.

Ward boundaries shall be designated as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set out at this point.
