Fulton Traffic violations bureau clerk ordinance (§ 38-3)

(a) The position of traffic violations bureau clerk is established. The clerk and assistants appointed by such clerk shall perform the responsibilities imposed by or pursuant to RSMo 479.050, with respect to the traffic violations bureau for the city, including:

(1) Collecting fines and costs which are assessed in the traffic violations bureau.

(2) Remitting to the proper official fines and costs which are collected within the time and in the manner provided by statute, court rule or ordinance.

(b) The salaries of the traffic violations bureau clerk and assistants, if any, shall be established by the city clerk within the budget and appropriations which are established and made by the city council.
