Fulton Violations of ordinances to be tried in circuit court ordinance (§ 38-1)

Chapter 38: Courts

City ordinance violation cases shall be filed in division six of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of the state for the county and shall be heard and determined by an associate circuit judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court, as provided by RSMo 479.040.
