Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 34-26)
Chapter 34: Civil Emergencies · Article II. Local Organization
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Chief executive officer means the mayor or other official appointed by the city council or elected by the public to administer the city government and its operations.
