Fulton Establishment of grades; responsibility for improvements ordinance (§ 30-9)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article I. In General
The city shall establish the grade of all graves, lawns and avenues and shall direct generally all improvements within the cemeteries, upon all graves, before as well as after interments have been made therein. The city will have charge of all planting, sodding, surveying and improvements generally at the cemeteries.
