Fulton Foundation required ordinance (§ 30-84)

Foundation required: No marker or headstone, hereinafter referred to in this section as the "unit", shall hereafter be erected or installed on any lot or grave in any cemetery under the jurisdiction of the city unless there is provided therefor a minimum three and one-half inch concrete slab foundation that is no smaller than four inches larger on each side of the unit and a pillared foundation that is not less than 24 inches from the base of the unit. This apron must be installed flush with the ground and in the exact location that will be marked by the sexton at the time such foundation/memorial is approved.
