Fulton Right to use of grave ordinance (§ 30-81)

Upon the death or judicially declared incompetency of a grave owner, it is the duty of the heirs, devisees, guardian or personal representative to file with the city competent proof of their right to the use of the grave and burials upon the grave may not be permitted until such proof is presented.
