Fulton Special permit for certain workers ordinance (§ 30-7)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article I. In General
Any worker failing to conform to section 30-6 shall not be permitted afterwards to work in the cemetery, unless such person shall have a special permit from the council, signed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk, which permit may be revoked at any time.
