Fulton Duties of the cemetery sexton ordinance (§ 30-5)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article I. In General
It shall be the duty of the cemetery sexton (hereinafter also referred to as the "sexton") to lay out all graves in the city-owned cemeteries and perform such other duties and work as necessary, and all burials shall be done under the supervision of the sexton or the appropriate designee.
