Fulton Owner to designate intended interments ordinance (§ 30-42)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article II. Interment and Inurnment
Whenever possible, the owner of a grave is required, during his lifetime, to designate in writing to the city the names of those members of his family or others whom he wishes to have interred upon the grave. Such writing will be filed with the city clerk's office.
