Fulton Permission from mayor required for disinterment ordinance (§ 30-40)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article II. Interment and Inurnment
Disinterment will be allowed only upon notarized written consent or request of the purchaser of the grave or surviving heirs of a deceased purchaser or by appropriate court order and only after permission in writing is first obtained from the mayor and in accordance with state law.
