Fulton Same—Fees for businesses or occupations generally ordinance (§ 22-38)

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether by himself as owner or proprietor or through any office, manager, superintendent, agent, servant or employee to exercise, or carry on vocations, businesses or agencies within the corporate limits of the city without first taking out and having a license therefor; and the charge for such license shall be as set out in a schedule established by the council from time to time.
