Fulton Exhibition; inspection of licensed premises; display ordinance (§ 22-33)
Chapter 22: Businesses · Article II. Business and Occupation Licenses
(a) No person operating under a city license shall refuse to exhibit his license to any city official or his deputy upon demand.
(b) Any police officer or other properly designated city official or employee shall have the power to enter any place requiring a license under this article during business hours, free of charge, to ascertain whether this chapter is being observed.
(c) Every person to whom a license shall be issued under this chapter shall keep the license conspicuously posted in his place of business.
