Fulton Proration ordinance (§ 22-31)

When any person shall apply for a license from the city and the period for which the license shall run shall be less than 12 months, the license fee or tax charge shall be as follows:

(1) If such period is more than three months and less than six months, the license fee charged shall be one-half of the license fee charged for the full 12 months.

(2) If such period is more than six months and less than nine months, the license fee charged shall be three-fourths of the license fee charged for the full 12 months.

(3) If such period is for more than nine months, the license fee shall be the same as for 12 months.
