Fulton Permit forfeiture for false statements in application ordinance (§ 22-209)

Chapter 22: Businesses · Article VII. Organized Trade Fair and Craft Shows

If any statement made in the application for a permit required by this article is false, any permit issued pursuant thereto shall be forfeited ipso facto, and the applicant shall be deemed guilty of making a false affidavit and shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
