Fulton Approval or disapproval of application ordinance (§ 22-176)

(a) The chief of police shall investigate the location wherein it is proposed to operate the machine for which a license is being sought as required by this division, ascertain if the applicant is a person of good moral character and either approve or disapprove the application.

(b) The electrical inspector shall inspect all wiring and connections to the machine, determine if the wiring complies with the electrical code of the city and shall either approve or disapprove the application.
