Fulton Application; qualifications of applicant ordinance (§ 22-174)

(a) Application for the license required in this division shall be made to the city clerk.

(b) The application for such license shall contain the following information:

(1) Name and address.

(2) Age, date and place of birth of the applicant.

(3) Prior convictions of applicant, if any.

(4) Place where machine or device is to be displayed or operated and the business conducted at that place.

(5) Description, mechanical features, name of manufacturer and serial number of the machine to be covered by the license.

(c) No license shall be issued to any applicant unless he shall be over 21 years of age and a citizen of the United States.
