Fulton Separate license for each business; fee for engaging in more than one business ordinance (§ 22-104)

(a) Under this article, if a person shall operate a business in more than one location but all are operated as parts of one business, the license required shall be for the one business and not each separate part.

(b) Under this article, separately identified businesses must be separately licensed. When any merchant or corporation is engaged in more than one of the businesses, trades or occupations named in this chapter for which a separate license shall be required, the amount of this license shall be two-thirds of the total of the licenses required for the separate businesses. For this purpose, one wholesale and one retail business operated from the same location are separate businesses.
