Fulton Statements of city officers in claims against the city ordinance (§ 2-7)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article I. In General
Officers, agents and employees of the city shall not give, make or sign statements presented to them by attorneys, adjusters or others having or prosecuting claims against the city, except with the advice and consent of the city counselor.
