Fulton Rules to govern deliberations of council ordinance (§ 2-51)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article II. City Council

Rules of order and council procedure shall be submitted by the mayor and approved by the council at the beginning of each new term of the council. Any procedural question not covered by the adopted rules or this division shall be determined by reference to Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised.
