Fulton Custodian designated—Response to request for access to records ordinance (§ 2-403)

The city clerk shall be the custodian of records and will be responsible for the maintenance, control, and legal compliance of all city records. This includes ensuring adherence to the Missouri Sunshine Law and other applicable public records laws. The custodian of records may designate deputy custodians within operating departments or other city offices as needed. Deputy custodians shall carry out matters relating to public records and meetings in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth herein, ensuring consistency and compliance across all departments.
