Fulton Controlling law ordinance (§ 2-401)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article VII. Open Meetings and Records
The City of Fulton recognizes and fully complies with the Missouri Sunshine Law (RSMo ch. 610), and all provisions herein are intended to align with and supplement the requirements set forth by the state to ensure transparency, public access to meetings and records, and accountability in government operations. In the event of any inconsistency between this article and the Missouri Sunshine Law, the provisions of the Sunshine Law shall prevail.
