Fulton Compensation of deputy mayor when acting as mayor ordinance (§ 2-33)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article II. City Council
If a vacancy occurs in the office of mayor as set forth in section 4.5 of the city Charter, the deputy mayor who assumes all the duties and responsibilities of the mayor shall receive the same salary as the mayor until the next regular municipal election.
