Fulton Titles; other boards and commissions; ex officio members ordinance (§ 2-323)

(a) The names of city boards and commissions are as follows:

(1) Planning and zoning commission.

(2) Commission on human rights and community relations.

(3) Personnel board.

(4) Board of public utilities.

(5) Parks and recreation board.

(6) Board of adjustment.

(b)

Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the authority of the mayor and city council to appoint such other committees, boards or commissions from time to time as may be necessary to the effective operation of the city, provided that such committees, boards and commissions are not inconsistent with the Charter.

(c) The mayor and the director of administration shall serve as ex officio members of all committees, commissions and boards, without a vote, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
