Fulton Duty of counselor; procedure when counselor accused ordinance (§ 2-289)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
Pursuant to this division, the city counselor shall conduct and prosecute all trials on behalf of the city for the removal of any city officer. If the city counselor is the accused, the city attorney shall act in the city counselor's stead during the trial proceedings.
