Fulton Public trial; record of proceedings ordinance (§ 2-287)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
All trials under this division shall be public, and the council shall cause the city clerk to keep a full and accurate record of the proceedings in the journal of the council.
