Fulton Same—Determination of date of investigation ordinance (§ 2-281)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
The date fixed by the council for an investigation of any complaint filed pursuant to section 2-278 shall be such as to give the city officer against whom the charges are made opportunity to secure attendance of witnesses and otherwise prepare for trial in a reasonable manner.
