Fulton City engineer ordinance (§ 2-174)

(a) Duties generally. The city engineer shall be responsible for all matters relating to community planning, zoning and development; and the construction, management, maintenance and operation of the city's physical properties.

(b) Duties for public works. The city engineer shall perform all engineering services for the department of public works and for such other departments of the city as may from time to time require such services.

(c) Duties for street division. For the street division the city engineer shall direct the repair, maintenance and uses of all city streets.
