Fulton Same—Payment of sick leave prior to receiving benefits; pay while drawing compensation ordinance (§ 2-170)

(a) Regular sick leave shall be paid until workers' compensation benefits shall begin, except that sick leave shall not be paid in excess of that to which the employee is entitled.

(b) While receiving workers' compensation the employee shall receive from the city an amount equal to the difference between the regular rate of pay being earned at the time of the accident and the amount of workers' compensation being paid to the employee.
