Fulton Annual reports to council ordinance (§ 2-162)

All officers of the city shall report annually to the council at the first regular monthly meeting thereof in August of each year. Such reports shall be made in writing and shall embrace a full and detailed statement of the receipts and shall embrace a full statement of the expenditures, if any, of their respective offices and all other matters and things necessary to a complete showing of all the public business done in their respective offices or under the supervision thereof.
