Fulton Authority of director of administration to execute contracts and conveyances of property ordinance (§ 2-14)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article I. In General
Unless otherwise provided by state law, the city charter, or other ordinance of the city, the director of administration is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the city, all contracts and conveyances of interests in property as directed by the mayor.
