Fulton Suspension, demotion or discharge of personnel ordinance (§ 2-129)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article III. Departments
(a) The city engineer may suspend, demote or discharge any personnel of the public works department for misbehavior, malfeasance or inefficiency.
(b) Any person so suspended, demoted or discharged for misbehavior, malfeasance or inefficiency may appeal such suspension, demotion or discharge through the grievance procedures established in the personnel manual.
