Fulton Same—Filing of reports ordinance (§ 2-12)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article I. In General
The reports, in the prescribed format, shall be filed with the city clerk and with the secretary of state prior to January 1, 1993, and thereafter with the Missouri Ethics Commission. The reports shall be available for public inspection and copying during normal business hours.
