Fulton Created ordinance (§ 2-111)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article III. Departments

As provided in the city Charter there is created a finance department. The finance department shall be responsible for the effective and efficient collection and disbursement of all city revenues. The department shall be supervised by a chief financial officer who shall be appointed by the director of administration with the consent of the mayor.
