The property maintenance code adopted in this article is hereby amended as follows:

Section PM-101.1 Insert: City of Fulton

Section PM-103.5 Insert: Fee Schedule as reviewed and established by the City Council from time to time.

Section 111 (DELETED) - DOES NOT APPLY

Section 112.4 Delete: Not less than ________ dollars or more than ________ dollars.

Insert: Not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Section 302.4 Insert: 8
